Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages.
- Basic knowledge of databases.
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of network
- Basic knowledge of software security
- Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
- Understanding (Network - Database - Infrastructure)
- Understanding (Business Requirement )
- Understanding (Documentation - API - Ports - Servers)
- Deal with (Postman – Mobaxterm – Remote desktop connection - Oracle database SQL developer, Different web services {IIS, Apache, Apache tomcat, Nginx, …})
